We book weddings up to two years in advance, and most couples secure our full planning services 12 to 18 months before their big day. Booking early ensures you have access to the best venues and vendors, giving us ample time to bring your vision to life without any rush. While last-minute planning is possible, securing your date well in advance allows for a stress-free, seamless experience with more options and flexibility.

Do you work with destination weddings?

Yes, we also plan destination weddings! As a licensed travel agent, I can assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics to ensure a smooth experience for you and your guests. Whether you’re dreaming of a beachside ceremony or a charming European getaway, we can help coordinate the details to make it all come together seamlessly.

Do you work with specific vendors, or can we choose our own?

We work with all vendors, not just a preferred list! While we’re happy to recommend trusted professionals we’ve worked with before, we also collaborate with vendors of your choice to bring your vision to life.

Can you help us find an exclusive or private venue?

Yes, I can help you find exclusive or private venues that aren’t always publicly listed. Whether you're looking for a hidden gem, a luxury estate, or an intimate setting away from the crowds, I have the resources and connections to secure unique locations that align with your vision. If you need assistance discovering the perfect venue, I’m happy to guide you through the options.

Do you handle guest accommodations and travel arrangements?

Yes, I can assist with guest accommodations and travel arrangements if needed. Whether it’s booking hotel blocks, coordinating transportation, or ensuring a smooth travel experience for your guests, I’m here to help make the process as seamless as possible.

Do you provide event design and styling?

Event styling and design are handled by a specialized vendor on our team who is an expert in design and décor. They work closely with you to create a cohesive and visually stunning event that reflects your vision, from color palettes and floral arrangements to tablescapes and ambiance. While I oversee the planning process, our design expert ensures every detail is beautifully executed.

Do you manage vendor contracts and negotiations?

Yes, we handle contract review and negotiations to ensure you get the best terms and protections with your vendors.

What happens if there is a last-minute issue or emergency?

We’re fully prepared for any last-minute emergencies! Our team always has a backup coordinator who is not booked on event days, ensuring that if an unexpected situation arises, we have someone ready to step in seamlessly.

Can you help us plan multi-day wedding events?

Yes, we plan multi-day weddings and can coordinate events beyond the wedding day itself. From welcome parties and rehearsal dinners to next-day brunches or send-offs, we ensure each celebration is beautifully organized and runs smoothly.

Do you handle cultural or religious wedding traditions?

We are experienced in planning weddings that incorporate cultural traditions. If we’re not already familiar with a particular tradition, we collaborate with an expert who is well-versed in it to ensure everything is honored and executed correctly.

Do you offer post-wedding services, such as honeymoon planning?

Honeymoon planning is included in all of our wedding planning packages at no additional cost. As a licensed travel agent, I can help you find the perfect destination, book accommodations, and arrange travel details—all covered by the travel company, so there’s no extra fee for you. However, if you need a highly detailed, customized itinerary with daily activities planned, there may be an additional charge for that level of service.
